Description

Attachment 1-Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number/keyword is W911S2-16-T-3000. Provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), necessary to perform single stream recycle hauling services for Fort Drum, NY. The single stream recyclable material shall be transported to a Material Recovery Facilities (MRF). The MRF selected must recycle comingled recyclable material. The contract type shall be Firm Fixed Price. This procurement is one hundred percent set-aside for Small Business concerns. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A, interested parties must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) under the NAICS 562111, representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. SAM must be complete prior to quoting.
