Description

Redacted J&A To extend the ordering period of performance on PATRIOT Advanced Capability-3 Missile Support Center (P3MSC). The Army Contracting Command-Redstone and the Lower Tier Project Office (LTPO) located in Huntsville, Alabama, in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 (a)(2)(iii), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements", intends to execute, without competition, a bilateral contract modification under contract W31P4Q-13-D-0030 (sole source, Modification P00032) to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC) to provide a seven (7) month period of performance (POP) extension (see details below).
