This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is for medical equipment that is listed below, the solicitation number is VA247-16-Q-0415, and this solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is a 339113 with a business size standard of 500 employees. Shipping shall be by F.O.B. Destination. Vendors must honor quotes for 30 days from the closing date of this RFQ. Please complete the blanks in the Schedule/Specifications chart (above), and include any local part numbers. Quotes shall be emailed to takya.smith@va.gov. Please include "VA247-16-Q-0415" in the subject line of emails. Technical inquiries can be emailed to takya.smith@va.gov. Technical inquiries will be accepted through 1:00 PM EST, on March 22, 2016.
