Description

DBA AK160001 04MAR2016 Sample Sheet SOW Photo 2 Photo 1 Drawing 2 Drawing 1 Solicitation The U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Wainwright has a requirement to install bird deterrent (mitigation to prevent nesting) at BLDG 3498. The Contractor shall provide all labor, fittings, equipment, components, mounts, devices, accessories, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with these specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. A site visit will be conducted on 23 March 2016, 1000 AKST at BLDG 3015 in DPW's Facilities Management Conference Room. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below NLT 24 March 2016 by 1700 AKST. All questions will be responded to through FBO. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. Offers must be received electronically at kailey.a.good-hallahan.mil@mail.mil. No other method of offer submission will be accepted. Adobe (.pdf) and Microsoft (.doc) are acceptable formats for submitting offers. The electronic file must be under 8MB total to ensure it can be received by e-mail. If you are having any issues submitting your offers, please contact SSG Kailey Good-Hallahan as soon as possible. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
