Description

Draft Statement of Work for Sources Sought White Paper The Government seeks Vendor Community input for a planned solicitation of Research and Advisory services. The initial input shall take the form of a 10-page white paper, describing a potential offeror's capabilities and prior experience in delivering services as described in the attached draft SOW. Additionally, the Government seeks a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) price, for Base Year only, as well as Vendor Community comment(s) on ways in which a) Research and Advisory services might be described in a more brand-agnostic manner, if appropriate, and b) pricing might be quoted later, in a RFP, for an anticipated Base and four (4) Option Years that would permit parties to an award to adjust known Fixed Prices for varied quantities in future years. See the draft SOW in Section 11 Notes for a more thorough description. White paper, ROM and any questions are due NLT 12:00 PM on Fri, 1-Apr-2016. Responses to questions will be posted along with the final requirement when the solicitation is released. The purpose of this announcement is to further Agency market research in this area.
