Description

This action is for a requirements type contract, for the purchase of service and recognition pins to be provided to employees. This requirement is for only employees which report to the VA Central Office. The Solicitation will be issued on or about March 17, 2016 with a response date of April 4, 2016. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 339993 "Fastener, Button, Needle and Pin Manufacturing" with a size standard of 750 employees. The solicitation is a small business set-aside. Offerors will be evaluated on Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Procurement is being made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 Commercial Item and 15 Negotiated Contracts. The award will be for a 5 year ordering period. Once the solicitation has been posted, questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and may be sent via email to: Kristine.Clark@va.gov. Quotes must be submitted in writing to the issuing office, be in accordance with the preparation instructions outlined in the solicitation, and be timely.
