Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) intends to solicit proposals in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 on or about March 18, 2016, with a closing date for quotes on or about March 25, 2016 from contractors in the Sacramento area, to provide Histopathology Laboratory services. The solicitation will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov. Interested contractors are responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the quote submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the FBO website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation or any amendments. Only Small Businesses that have the capacity to provide this service are welcome to respond. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 621511. Size Standard of $32.5 Million. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System of Award Management at www.sam.gov. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit that SAM website and register as soon as possible to avoid delays should they be selected for a contract award.
