- Update March 18, 2016 Quantities for the items in this BPA Sources Sought have been purposely left out. We need your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) specified in your bid, if you have one. Use one of the following 3 options below for each item you are submitting a bid for: 1. Specify if the product has to be purchased in set amounts (i.e. pack of 6,12, etc.). 2. If you only require that MOQ be met and any amount over that is fine. 3. If you don't have a MOQ and any amount is fine. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This market research is being conducted to identify potential sources that may be able to acquire and deliver one, some or all of the hazardous material commodities on the attached excel spreadsheet, BPA Items for Solicitation.xlsx, for the purpose of creating a Blanket Purchase Agreement for a time period of 5 years. The attached spreadsheet describes each item and also identifies the items that are Name Brand specific. If, after reviewing these documents you desire to participate in the market research, fill out the required information located in Part I of document, Sources Sought Synopsis BPA.doc.
