Description

Contractor will provide Camp facility, camp activities, sleeping quarters, staff and meals for the New Mexico Army National Guard Youth Camp on MAY 27th, 28th, and 29th 2016 for up to 130 youth and 20 adults. The Army National Guard Youth Camp requirement is for a family retreat/camp environment located at Capitan, New Mexico to conduct a ½ day camp for arrival at 1500hrs with ranch/camp activities, 1 full day of ranch/camp activities, and ½ day ranch/camp activities before departure at 1500hrs. Camp site must be able to provide a total of 7 meals throughout stay. Youth Camp events and activities need to be conducted at a facility that fulfills the required space and has the activities to execute a professional stress free event to include away from downtown or congested areas. The environment will provide Youth and Adults the opportunity to communicate, enhance, and educate with the youth in life skills. It is desired to allow the participants easy parking with no out of pocket fees. All questions are due to the contracting office No Later Than March 24, 2016 1500hrs local time. This is a small business set aside, but if no small business offers are received large business quotes will be considered.
