This synopsis is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, a synopsis of a solicitation, a commitment on the part of the Government to later publish a solicitation, or ultimately award a contract. The Government will not reimburse the costs of preparing or submitting a response to this synopsis. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors to provide for the above listed items. Interested sources capable of providing for this requirement must respond by e-mail to Timothy.J.Cobb21.mil@mail.mil, referencing synopsis number FM442551810577-A, no later Thursday, March 25, 2016 at 12:00PM EST. Interested sources shall indicate whether they are capable of providing for the subject requirement, how long after issuance of a purchase order would it take to complete the requirement, CAGE/DUNS codes, and furthermore indicate their size and status (i.e., small business, 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, SDVOSB, etc.). No other information is required at this time. Based upon the responses received, the Government will determine the set-aside method for the procurement. An award will not be made on offers received in response to this notice. This sources sought synopsis is not a Request for Quote (RFQ); it is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of sources.
