- Description
- KeyTrak Guardian System Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune has a BRAND NAME ONLY procurement for KeyTrak, Inc. Guardian VSP with 24 Key Panel and Automated Report Generator. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: BRAND NAME This procurement is subject to the Buy American Act. If the product you are quoting on is not American made, you must identify the country in which it is made. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. In the event the Government determines the lowest price offeror to be unacceptable, the technical proposal of the next lowest price offeror will be evaluated. This process will continue until a technical proposal is determined to be acceptable. Technical acceptability will be based on the demonstrated ability to meet the technical requirements, including the delivery requirement.
