(COMLABS), 750 North Drive, Melbourne, FL 32934 for one year subscriptions of the following items: Emergency Management Network (EMnet) Standard License, EMnet VSAT License (shared low bandwidth up to 4 lines), VoIP hosting for 4-lines, and EMnet VSAT License (shared high bandwidth for up to 8-lines). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
