- Copy of solicitation The American Consulate General Mumbai hereby provides the following Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for purchase of Siemens Insulated Case Circuit Breakers. The evaluation of offers will be based on the Lowest-Priced Technically-Acceptable (LPTA) approach. Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is SIN292-16-R-0004 and is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-87, effective March 7, 2015. Description of Product: 1. The quote shall contain the following: -Price quote which identifies the requested item(s), unit price, shipping charges and extended price. -Firm-fixed Price total to include ALL shipping and packaging charges. -Remittance address, Tax identification Number, DUNS number and Cage Code. This is a "Brand Name Only" procurement, Seller certifies that it is an authorized distributer of the brand name product being sold to the Department of State and that it has the certification/specialization level required by the manufacturer, to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with applicable manufacturer certification/specialization requirements. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Bid MUST be good for 90 calendar days after close of Buy. Government will issue a Purchase Order, Payment will be Nett-30 days payment after receipt of goods and proper invoice. This Buy requires registration with the System of Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to FAR 4.1102 and other applicable regulations and guidelines.
