- Attached are the Answers to Questions posed by interested vendors. These answers have been reviewed by the CO and the Customer and have been answered to the best of our knowledge and understanding of the requirement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial role player services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is 100% Set-aside for Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), IAW FAR Subpart 19.15. The NAICS Code is eligible for EDWOSB set-aside procedures under the SBA WOSB Program; however, it is not eligible for Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) and WOSB concerns - other than EDWOSB concerns - will not be considered. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written Request for Quotation (RFQ) is attached. Solicitaiton DJF-16-Q-0000050 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 561499; the small business size standard is $15 million. All future information about this RFQ including amendments will be distributed solely thorugh this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this RFQ. The resultant contrat will be a firm-fixed price Basic Purchasing Agreement (BPA) funded through individual call orders. Submit quotes as required in RFQ on or before March 24,2016, 5:00 pm (Eastern Daylight Time). Responses must be marked as specified in the RFQ. Questions may be submitted to travis.potts@ic.fbi.gov no later than 10:00 am EDT, March 11, 2016. Telephone calls will not be accepted.
