Description

This is a PRE-Solicitation notice ONLY. The National Park Service, National Capital Region, Eastern Major Acquisition Buying Office intends to issue a solicitation for Renovation of the interior and exterior of office space of approximately 4,300 square feet at located at 1000 Ohio Drive, SW; Washington, DC., Pre-Solicitation PR0040266208. Work will consists of (but limited to) providing all labor, supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation and incidentals necessary to Renovate the interior of the office space. This procurement is 100% totally set aside for Small Business. The NAICS is 236220. The small business standard is 36.5 million. In accordance with FAR 36.204(c) the project magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 Type of Contract: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contract around the beginning of May. Davis Bacon prevailing wages for Washington, DC will apply. Site Visit: The Site Visit information will be posted in the Solicitation on or around the Sixth of April. The Government will award one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Solicitation documents including specifications and drawings will be issued on or about April 6, 2016 and will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (https://www.gov). This date is subject to change. Hard Copy documents including drawings will not be available - all documents will be posted at this website for download. One (1) firm fixed price contract will be awarded on a best value basis" Offers will be due 30 days after issuance of solicitation unless extended by amendment. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice.
