- A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The RFP-solicitation issue date 04/12/2016 and respond due date 05/13/2016. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 0062383610; and solicit as Unrestricted for approved sources of supply that retain data rights. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-16-R-1840 was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1680-01-509-5752, Bearing, Inboard, Air for 123 each. Item is Critical Application and Navy Critical/Flight Safety. Item is Export Control. Item acquire in accordance with Basic Dwg NR 97499 901-311-105 REV NR F dtd 11/08/2010 Part Number-901-311-105-101 requirements and/or approved source; Cage 76005; Lord Corporation; PN LB-1-1229-4-1. Required delivery objective is 254 days total for total production. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
