- N00164-15-G-JT90_0001 - SOLE SOURCE - COMMUNICATION, DETECTION AND COHERENT RADIATION EQUIPMENT - FSG 58 - NAICS 334511 Anticipated Issue Date 15 APR 2016 - Anticipated Closing Date 16 MAY 2016 - 2:00 PM EDT THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER N00164-15-G-JT90. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to issue a Job Order (JO) under a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-15-G-JT90. The BOA was issued to Digital Receiver Technology, Inc., Germantown, MD. Acquisitions under the BOA have been and will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The basis for restricting competition was the lack of sufficient technical data, restricted software rights, duplicative cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition, and the unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency requirement through any other source. This Job Order is in support of PMA-290 Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA) primary sensor radio requirements. The procurement will include the following estimated quantities: Item Description: P/N Qty Wireless receiving receiver with six (6) DRT1211C-0611V1 3 RFT3A tuners and eleven (11) WPM3A processing modules. Non zeroize with WES7SP1. Two (2) SSDs 428-01768-011 6 required per system. Inspection and acceptance will be origin by cognizant DCMA or other Government representative as specified. Delivery is required within 180 days of job order effective date. Request for proposal will not be made available through http://www.fbo.gov. The request for proposal will be provided to Digital Receiver Technology Inc. through electronic mail. The proposed noncompetitive contract action is anticipated to be awarded under FAR part 12, acquisition of commercial item. The anticipated contract action award date is 19 Aug 2016. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
