Description

Special Notice under solicitation: W81K02-16-T-0059 for Sole Source procurement for a Base year with 2 Option years; Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services of (2) IE Chemical Sterilizers from Steris Corporation. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Contracting Office-Pacific, Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM-HCC) Health Contracting Cell, Lacey WA intends to issue a sole source award to Steris Corporation in the amount of: $33,990.00 to purchase the Preventive Maintenance and Repair services of the IE Chemical Sterilizers, located at Irwin Army Community Hospital, FT Riley KS. The Steris Corporation is the OEM and maintains proprietary rights to include all software, service and maintenance of their equipment. This notice is NOT a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
