- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The RFQ number is N00124-16-T-0210. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-87-1 effective March 16, 2016 and DFARS Change Notice 20151230. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 334310. A single Firm Fixed Price award will be made as a result of an evaluation of the quotes received.
