Government Response Unit of Issue is cases with 50 pairs of boots in a case. See Statement of Work. The boot covers come 50 pair per case we are looking for cases. In the SOW it shows unit of issue as case and the number of cases required are 10 for large, 20 for XL and 50 cases each for 2X & 3X.
