- WAGE RATES USACE - ST. Louis DISTRICT - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-16-Q-0038 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-85 dated 4 January 2016. This requirement is being solicited as 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 333924 with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. The basis of award will be Firm Fixed Price. Additionally, Offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements. Complete specifications are issued with this combined synopsis/solicitation shown below. This requirement location is, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers 100 Arsenal Street, St. Louis, MO 63118. DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATOINS/WORK STATEMENT - Derrick 6 Mantis Crane March 2016 Requirement -The Contractor shall provide (1) technician to perform a service call for the US Army Corps of Engineers St. Louis Service Base. -The Contractor shall troubleshoot and recommend repairs for the Derrick 6 Mantis crane. The Derrick 6 periodically stalls and during operations the crane reacts slow and shaky. -The period of service will not exceed (4) work days, and will be billed hourly for actual time worked. -Contractor shall receive approval from the US Army Corps of Engineers St. Louis Service Base prior to performing any repairs or incurring any expenses not included in the aforementioned hourly rate. Qualifications The technician will be certified to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Mantis cranes. Date(s) of Service The service shall be performed by the contractor shall be coordinated with Ted Bielecki and Joey Schafer. Safety The Contractor shall perform all work IAW US Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual EM 385-1-1 Dated 30 Nov 2014.
