- Section J Attachment - Drawings RFQ (W9132T-16-T-0037) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested in accordance with the attached request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation number is W9132T-16-T-0037 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332312, Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing. The size standard is 500 employees. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure a steel test fixture that will be fabricated to meet government specifications and drawings in the attached RFQ. Please reference the attached written RFQ for all applicable provisions and clauses.
