Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source reference FAR 13.106-1(b) The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is procuring EV1000 Clinical Platform for the James Lovell Federal Health Care Center. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 13.106-1(b) a purchase order to 1st AMD as a responsible source to provide the above. The total award amount is estimated to be $102,587. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. Public Law (PL) 109-461 requires VA to increase contracting and subcontracting opportunities for SDVOSBs and VOSBs. The applicable NAICS Code is 339113 and the size standard is 500 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. However, all responses received within three days after date of publication of this notice will be reviewed by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
