Description

Pricing Schedule Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-87 Effective 16 March 2016. This requirement is set aside 100% for Women Owned Small Businesses and the associated NAICS code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The size standard for this NAICS code is $36,500,000.00. Description: The intent of this solicitation is to obtain the services needed to remove, dispose and re-install new 6 inch and 8 inch, schedule 80 PVC pipes at Bldg. 2593, Humphreys Engineer Center in Alexandria, VA. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, shop drawings, and expenses necessary to accomplish the work described in the Scope of Work.
