Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a sole-source firm-fixed price order under the Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-16-G-0001 with The Boeing Company (Boeing) of St. Louis, Missouri 63166 for the procurement of Engine Fuel Display Replacements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sole source under FAR 6.302-1. This award is based on Title U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), whereby the supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Boeing is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and supplier of the F/A-18 A-D and EA-18G aircraft and is uniquely qualified to provide the complete range of program support required by the fleet. As such they are the only known firm with the knowledge, experience and technical expertise required to accomplish this effort.
