- NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Tampa, FL that will be expiring September 21, 2016. The Government intends to initiate negotiations for a succeeding lease for 17,750 ANSI BOMA Office Area square feet (ABOA) based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will consider alternative space only if economic and other factors are supportive. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements, costs likely to be incurred through relocating such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, non-productive agency downtime, occupancy schedule, and quality of space. State: FL City: Tampa Delineated Area: •· Northern Boundary (left to right): Van Dyke Road east to Simmons Road; Simmons Road south to Nancy Avenue; Nancy Avenue northeast to Rebecca Road; Rebecca Road east to Lake Brant; Lake Brant east to Lake Brant Drive; Lake Brant Drive east to Cypress Lane; Cypress Lane east to North Nebraska Avenue. •· Southern Boundary (left to right): West Waters Avenue. •· Eastern Boundary (top to bottom): North Nebraska Avenue south to North Florida Avenue; North Florida Avenue south to West Waters Avenue. •· Western Boundary (top to bottom): Gunn Highway south to Citrus Park Drive; Citrus Park Drive west to Sheldon Road; Sheldon Road south to West Waters Avenue.
