Description

The PCO-EAST (Program Contracting Office) East intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Advanced Mechanical Technology, Inc., 176 Waltham Street, Watertown, MA 02472 to procure an Optima Human Performance System. The following items will be required: B4C6C-MR-174666 Mounting rail for 2 x 6 matrix of BP400600-sized force plates with a common center rail. 1 EA OPT400600-2K-TT OPTIMA Human performance system multi-axis force platform, dimensions 400x600x82.5 mm, 2000 lbs vertical capacity, with thru-top mounting holes. 12 EA OPT-SC OPTIMA Human performance system signal conditioner with analog and USB outputs." 12 EA 9615-030-6-6 Cable, 30 feet (9m) long, force sensor to USB amplifier. High Density D-type connector on both ends. AMTI Logo molded into cable connector.MFG.# SP68324 HD26M/F # 26 SH TP MLD LOGO 30' 12 EA INSTR_SERVICCE Installation of all platforms. Price includes travel costs and 3 days of labor on site. 1 JB This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any responsible sources who wish to identify their interest and capability to provide this equipment or equipment that is compatible must notify this Contracting Officer at Bridget.Kornish@va.gov NLT Monday April 4, 2016 by Noon EST. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the interested parties' notification, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations.
