Description

Notice of Intent to Award The VA NCO22, Network Contracting Office intends to enter into sole source procurement with Trident Technology. This proposed contract action is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 Urgent Compelling; delay in award would result in serious injury, financial or other, to the Government. Period of Performance: 4/1/2016 - 7/31/2016 1. Preventive maintenance and intervening service calls for Government owned reverse osmosis systems. 4 months 2.Carbon exchange service for 0.2 cu. Ft. carbon tanks 30 x 60 granular activated carbon one every six months PER YEAR. 1 Each 3.Service and maintenance for (2) VFD Variable Frequency booster pump systems with (2) 4 gallon expansion tanks. 4 Months 4.Service and maintenance contract for 20.2 cu ft. carbon tanks with control heads: includes (2) Autotrol Magnum IT 742F valve heads and (2) 20.2 cu. Ft. 30X60 carbon tank vessels with tripod base. 4 Months This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely by the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. Inquires will only be accepted by email at marie.irvin@va.gov.
