- The purpose and intent of this solicitation is to provide #1 Coastal Douglas Fir treated timber for the Bonners Ferry/Avery Ranger Districts, Idaho Panhandle NF. Bonners Ferry River Ranger District is located at 6286 Main Street, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805. Avery Ranger District is located at 34 Hoyt Drive, Avery, ID 83802. Services will require all incised and treated timbers be in accordance with AWPA Standard U1 to the AWPA requirements of UC4B. This will be a split delivery to Bonners Ferry/Avery Ranger Districts. Required Delivery Date: June 3, 2016 This project is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 321999 and the smaill buisness size standard is 500 employees. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about April 4, 2016. Note: ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM via www.sam.gov in order to receive an award/executed Purchase Order from this RFQ.
