Space offered must be above the ground floor of the offered building. All space must be contiguous on one (1) floor of the offered building and serviced by a minimum of two (2) elevators. Any offered location must be serviced by public transportation with a stop not more than ¼ walkable-mile from the location as determined by the Lease Contracting Officer. At least 99 parking spaces must be publicly available either on-site, or within ¼ walkable-mile of the offered location at reasonable market rates. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
