Description

This is a notice of intent to exercise the option under FAR clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. This action will result in a modification to Contract No. A13PC00084 with A-SA-MA-Di (Smart) Business Solutions LLC, 9259 Erminedale DR, Lone Tree, CO 80124-8900. The reference contract was awarded under the Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637(a) (1)) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.8, and the executed Partnership Agreement between the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the U.S. Department of the Interior. This option exercise will be at the current rates specified in the contract and will extend the period of performance March 31, 2017. There are a total of four option periods in this contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and a Request for Proposal will not be issued.
