- REDACTED JUSTIFICATION AND APPROVAL PR 0059777958 for NSN 1615-01-611-0720, the Boeing Company, CAGE 8V613, P/N 7-511315029-101, HOUSING,TRANSMISSION. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. This item is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 138/each. Inspection/Acceptance Origin, FOB Origin, delivery 652 days ARO. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized. The issue date is on or around 10/23/2015 and the closing date is on or around 11/09/2015. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov database. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
