- Att 1: (Draft) Parts List Hakitec 750 Trak Roofing System Components 16T0165 This Sources Sought announcement is published FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. The results of this market research will be used to help identify sources under NAICS Code 532490 that are capable of providing the required rental equipment. This announcement should NOT be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach, or otherwise reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. The attached Parts List is a draft for review. A new, revised Parts List may be issued with a solicitation at a later date. In accordance with FAR 15.202e, responses to this notice are NOT offers, and CANNOT be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Only responders who meet the following criteria should respond to this sources sought notice: 1. Meets ALL specifications outlined in the attached document. 2. Anticipates availability of on-site equipment during the stated period(s) of performance. 3. Has an active CAGE Code with the System for Award Management (SAM). 4. Does not appear on the Excluded Parties List. Responses should include the following information: 1. Responder's contact information including Company name, P.O.C. name, street address, telephone number, email address, fax number, DUNS number, CAGE number, and Tax Identification Number. Please email your responses to the attention of Deana Manfredi at deana.manfredi@navy.mil no later than 12:00 PM ET on Friday, April 15, 2016. All responses shall be limited to 10 pages or less. Pricing information should NOT be submitted at this time.
