Description
W90VN9-16-T-0023 is the Solicitation for Telephone Recording System. STATEMENT OF WORK MP Desk for Camp Walker and Camp Carroll Telephone Recording System 1. SCOPE OF WORK: Provide two Recording Systems to compliment recording normal telephone conversations for the 911 emergency line and the already in place dispatch recording system, Motorola MCC 7500 Dispatch System. 1.1 SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: The contractor will have to install, test and optimize the telephone recording system. 1.1.1 The recording system shall be a standalone workstation to include a CPU, keyboard, mouse and monitor, and not require access to the existing network. 1.1.2 The recording system shall be capable of recording the active radio channel from Motorola MCC 7500 Dispatch system already in place utilizing a CAT5 cable or equivalent. 1.1.3 The recording system shall have DVD and computer storage capabilities and be capable of real time and after the fact playback of recordings. 1.1.4 The recording system shall be capable of simultaneously recording up to three (3) phone lines and any system interface must be in English. PR: I 06801 12- Telephone Recording System - Provost 2 1.1.5 The recording system shall be capable of playing an audible recording to each caller informing them that the call will be recorded. 1.1.6 The contractor shall provide complete system operators manuals to each location. 1.2 INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS 1.2.1 The installation for this system is two days for each location, additionally the contractor shall provide operator training not to exceed 8 hours, 4 hours at each location. The requirements are two contractors for the requested system. 1.2.2 The contractor shall be on site at all times to supervise all work performed under this contract. The contractor shall be capable of conversing in and understanding English. 1.2.3 The contractor will provide a telephone number for the point of contact that will be available during normal duty hours to report any problems. 2. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: The contractor and employees shall comply with all security requirements imposed by the local installation commander at all times while on the military installation. 3. LOCATION OF WORK: Work to be performed under this contract is located at Bldg. S-410 on Camp Walker and Bldg. S-946 Camp Carroll MP Station. 4. BASE PASSES: The contractors shall have a base pass to access Camp Walker and Camp Carroll. Invited Contractor Status is required to include SOFA Status. 5. WORKING HOURS: Work performed under this contract shall be conducted between the hours of 0800 and 1700, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. 6. WARRANTY OF SERVICE: In addition to any other warranties set out elsewhere in this contract, the contractor warrants that the work performed under this contract conforms to the contract requirements and is free of any defect of equipment, material, or design furnished, or workmanship performed by the contractor or any of his subcontractors or suppliers at any tier. Such warranty shall continue for a period of one (1) year from the date of final acceptance of the work. Under this warranty, the contractor shall remedy at his own expense any such failure to conform or any other such defect. The contractor shall also restore any work damaged in fulfilling the terms of this clause. The contractor's warranty with respect to work repaired or replaced hereunder will run for one (1) year from the date of such repair or replacement. 7. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED COLLATERAL SUPPORT: Provide storage and staging space for project materials. Provide access to work areas in conformance with pre-arranged schedule, to include necessary base passes. Provide access to 120-240V AC power at each workstation location. Contractor to perform necessary power connections. 8. UTILITIES: All reasonable quantities of electricity necessary to perform the requirements of this contract shall be furnished to the contractor at no charge. Temporary connections shall be made and removed at the contractor's own expense. 9. DAMAGE: Any damage created as a result of the contractor's actions shall be repaired by the contractor at no cost to the Government.
