THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS Mail Presort Services The Pittsburgh VA Healthcare System located at 1 University Drive C, Pittsburgh, PA 15240, intends to release Solicitation VA244-16-Q-0769 for the contractor to provide all labor, material, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to perform presort mail services for the Pittsburgh VA Healthcare System in accordance with the Statement of Work. The full solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website at www.fbo.gov on or about April 25, 2016. This full solicitation will be a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 561499, All Other Business Support Services; the size standard is $15 million. This will be a Fixed Price Contract with a seven (7) month base period of performance plus four (4) one year option periods. All offerors must be registered in SAMS data base, see https://www.sam.gov and complete online Reps and Certs at http://www.sam.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website only. All offerors must obtain amendments at this website; hard copies will not be mailed.
