- Past Experience Questionnaire Form 66 Plumbing Table Section 33 32 13.13 General Requirements Division 22 Plumbing Specifications Location Map Environmental Protection Solicitation for FA5270-16-R-0014; Repair Okuma Uplift Station Piping System Repair Okuma Uplift Station Piping System, B105, Okuma Recreation Center. 1. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. 2. Remove and replace existing deteriorated pipes, flanges, tee, gate/air/check valves, concrete, supports, flexible pipe, connector, conduits and pressure gauges. 3. CONTRACTOR LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded and performed in its entirely in the country of Japan. Contractors must be duty authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all applicable laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract. Prior to award, offerors must be registered to do business in Japan and possess a construction license (Kensetsu-Gyo Kyoka) issued by the the Ministry of Land, infrastructure and Transport, or prefectural government. 4. While funds are NOT presently available to fund this project, we anticipate funds will available will become available. If current Fiscal Year (FY 2016) funds become available, contract will be made no later than 30 September 2016. Accordingly, offers shall be valid until 30 Sep 16. If FY 16 funds are not availabe, no award will be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this request before award but after closing date when cancellation is clearly in the Government's best interest. 5. Offerors proposed price shall be reflected in Yen. 6. Site Visit for this Solicitation will be held on Thursday 28 April 2016 at 1000 JST at Okuma Recreation Center.
