This Q&A document relates to the DRAFT RFP ONLY and interested parties are advised that in any/all instances where the DRAFT RFP documentation may conflict with the Active Solicitation, the Active Solicitation and its amendments take precedence. In the event that any question or comment related to the DRAFT RFP has not been addressed directly here-in or via the release of the active solicitation materials, please be advised that it will not be revisited by the government unless and until it is submitted under the active solicitation and in accordance with the instructions there-in.
