- 1. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS ONLY TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF POTENTIAL SMALL BUSINESS CATEGORIES, FOR POTENTIAL SET-ASIDES. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. THEREFORE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION. ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE FUTURE ACQUISITION. 2. Cannon AFB, NM is seeking sources interested in a possible contract to provide Advanced Paramedic Recertification Training at Cannon Air Force Base New Mexico. The contractor shall provide all qualified licensed (as required) personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform Advanced Paramedic Training located at Cannon Air Force Base NM. The contractor shall provide ALL of the following services in sustainment of the 26th Special Tactics Squadron Combat Medical Support and Operational Medical Personnel: (1) A comprehensive, multi-day medical course, that focuses and is suitable to meet National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians-Paramedic, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation criteria for re-currency certification in accordance with the National Registry Association, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Cardio- Pulmonary Resuscitation Association requirements. (2) Advanced Hands on Medical Training that encompasses realistic application, specifically fresh tissue human cadaver labs and practical medical scenarios performed in conjunction with war-time tactical operations. (3) Technical objectives that incorporate rope rescue and system rigging for recovery of patients in need of medical treatment and extrication. (4) Custom exercise scenarios involving Close Quarter Battle that include casualty care and ex-filtration of wounded under live fire in hostile environments. (5) Patient treatment exercises within structural environments at risk of or post collapse to include confined/limited treatment work space. (6) Realistic training pertaining to operating procedures currently used in military theatre operations specifically focused on Pararescue Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP)'s and common practice within military medical procedure. (7) Training within a minimum of 50 hours credible towards National Registry Paramedic refresher criteria. 3. All interested parties are invited to provide the following information for your company/institution and for any teaming or joint venture partners, provide examples of past experience on projects from Department of Defense, State and Local agencies that are similar in scope. Provide description, dollar value and government activity (i.e., West Point, City of New York, etc.): A. Company/Institute Name and CAGE code. B. Mailing Address. C.
