- RFI Synopsis THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. AS OF THE DATE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT THERE IS NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE AVAILABLE. This request for Information/Sources Sought (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. The Request for Information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or services whatsoever. The government WILL NOT PAY for any information received in response to this request for information nor will the Government compensate the respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information for the Government. Any request for copies of solicitations will not be addressed since this is a Request for Information ONLY. It is requested that information in response to this RFI be submitted no LATER THAN May 11, 2016 at 12:00PM Central Time to Mr. Tin Huynh at email Tin.Huynh@NFC.USDA.GOV. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP. Any comments provided may or may not be in a formal solicitation. The Government will not release any information marked with propriety legend received in response to the RFI to any forms, agencies, individuals outside the Government without written permission in accordance with the legend.
