- NSN: 4T-1355-01-050-7678-QW47 NOMEN: AIR STABILIZER, MK31 MOD1 Base Period Quantity: 301EA-400EA; 401EA-500EA; 501EA-600EA (Including FMS) Option Period Quantity: 301EA-400EA; 401EA-500EA; 501EA-600EA Delivery: FOB Origin Except as modified or amplified in RFP this item contains class C explosives. DFARS 252.223-7002, Safety Precautions for Ammunition and Explosives applies. Acquisition contains explosive Naval Ordnance items which require special security, safety and transportation clauses, which may be found in Section I. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided by the Navy. This procurement is unrestricted. This item is an explosive device. A safety survey will be required. Explosive weight XX LBS, Explosive Class 1.4. Production lot testing, first article testing, contractor data requirements list, and FOB origin apply. Note: Certain computer programs may be required to view the solicitation and/or submit electronic offers. The solicitation will be available no later than May 28, 2016. Additional information and/or instructions are available on the web page. A technical data package will be available for viewing on the web. All responsible sources may submit an offer that, if received in a timely manner, will be considered. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Governments requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
