- This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), a Request for Quotation, or Invitation for Bids. There is currently no solicitation package available. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst is seeking sources that are capable of providing mobile workbenches, cabinets and grand master keys for the NAVAIR Calibration laboratory located at the Fleet Reserve Center Southeast (FRCSE), Jacksonville, FL. The equipment is to be fully assembled before delivery and will be installed by FRCSE Jacksonville facility personnel. The requirement includes a manufacturer one year warranty. The quantity required and descriptions for the workbenches, storage cabinets and grand master keys are as follows: 1. Lab Workbench A: L-shaped Mobile Workstation with Static Dissipative Top (72 x 54 x 31 3/16 H), quantity fifty six (56) with each unit consisting of: A. Storage Cabinet D: Drawer Cabinets quantity four (4) with each unit consisting of: A. One NW Housing 16 7/8w x 28 1/2d. B. One Master Keyed Lock C. Six NW Drawer, 3 1/8 useable height, 165lb capacity. D. One NW Drawer, 5 1/16 useable height, 165lb capacity. 10. GMK A: Grand Master Keys quantity (4). This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as an RFP or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any follow-on acquisitions. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or otherwise pay for the information solicited. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of submission of responses to this RFI and Government use of such information. This RFI does not constitute the solicitation of proposals. However, it is requested that sources who are authorized FLC Norfolk Blanket Purchase Agreement holders within the eastern region as well as a UNICOR group interested in being considered for a competitive procurement respond to this RFI. If a request for proposal for this requirement is issued, competition will be limited to authorized FLC Norfolk Blanket Purchase Agreement holders within the eastern region and UNICOR.
