- NSN 7R-1710-015845460-EY, REF NR 0457-6015, QTY 2 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN. Solicitation Number: N00383-16-Q-P361 NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit Kongsberg Underwater Technologies Inc. (327E2), Lynnwood, WA for the repair of several items. The intention of this solicitation is to award a firm fixed priced contract. This contract will include the repair of the following parts: NSN: 7RH 5836 015667970 EY ITEM NM: CAMERA, TV P/N: 0457-6022 QTY: 3 NSN: 7RH 1710 015845453 EY ITEM NM: CHANNEL DVR, AIRCRAFT P/N: 0457-6031 QTY: 1 NSN: 7RH 1710 015845460 EY ITEM NM: MONO CAMERA, DOME LO P/N: 0457-6015 QTY: 2 NSN: 7RH 1710 015845461 EY ITEM NM: MONO CAMERA, LOW LGT P/N: 0457-6011 QTY: 1 The government intends to contract on a sole source basis with Kongsberg Underwater Technologies Inc. Kongsberg Underwater Technologies Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only Known source for repairing these items. This procurement is being processed in accordance with Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The applicable NAICS code is 336413. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, quotations or capability statements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 45 days (30 days if award is issued under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA)) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this notice of intent shall be submitted no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of this synopsis to NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia, Attn: Ms. Noreen McDonough, Contract Specialist, Code (N762.03), 700 Robbins Ave, Bldg 1, Philadelphia, PA 19111. Kongsberg Underwater Technologies Inc. will be solicited on or after 13 May 2016 and will close 30 days after the effective date of the solicitation.
