CONFERENCE LOCATION: The Kossiakoff Center at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory 11100 Johns Hopkins Road Laurel, MD 20723-6099 See the Visitor Information page at www.jhuapl.edu for maps, lodging, and transportation details REGISTRATION DEADLINE: May 10, 2016; 5pm The Joint Ground Robotics Enterprise (JGRE) is developing a new generation of communications systems for the Unmanned Systems (UxS) community. This Family of Systems (FoS) for radio communications equipment will be enabled by the Joint Communications Architecture for Unmanned Systems (JCAUS) program by creating a standardized framework for the robotics community to improve the communication systems' spectrum efficiency, interoperability, Information Assurance (IA), and performance sustainability. This solution will enforce the development common, modular systems aimed at improving operational and maintenance flexibility as well the capability to provide multiple unmanned systems to be controllable by a single controller. Furthermore, the JCAUS program will focus on procuring key design features and components of the solution to demonstrate reduced total ownership cost, accelerated technology insertion, and increased innovation. TECHNICAL POC: Michael J. Zeher Principal Professional Staff Johns Hopkins University - Applied Physics Lab 11100 Johns Hopkins Road Laurel, MD 20723 443.745.7614 (m) michael.zeher@jhuapl.edu Please RSVP to Ms. Namrata (Namu) Shrestha, Namrata.Shrestha@jhuapl.edu 240-228-3848 (o) RSVP Shall Include: Company name, point of contact, attendee name, email, and phone.
