- Attachment #6 Preliminary DUVRI Attachment #5 - Camp Darby/Livorno Military Community Known Hazards General List (& Italian), dated July 2008 Attachment #4 – Updated Standard Operating Procedure Review (Italian), dated 07 January 2016 Attachment #3 – Updated Standard Operating Procedure Review (English), dated 07 January 2016 Attachment #2 - Experience Questionnaire Attachment #1, “Solicitation W912PF-16-T-0022; PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE OF THE WATER OSMOSIS AND SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS FEBRUARY 2016' Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to purchase the following services: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to inspect and test the potable water treatment plant at Camp Darby. The contractor once per week shall inspect and perform functional operating tests for the entire osmosis water treatment plant at Darby area. The contractor shall review the operating records present on site plant and in conjunction with the maintenance performed by Utilities personnel, suggesting new type of procedures or providing new settings required to keep the water treatment processes in the correct operational status and to increase the plant efficiency. Once per month, the contractor shall provide a recurring maintenance to the osmosis treatment plant, in order to wash, with appropriate products, the osmosis membrane and filters. Potential deficiencies or non-compliances shall be detailed in order to provide all proper information required to restore the correct functionality of the system.
