Description: This is a Sources Sought announcement. There is no RFQ available at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Regional Office (VARO) St. Paul, MN, is conducting market research to determine the existence of companies that can provide the following laser therapy system: 1.Diowave (or equal) 30 watt high power therapeutic laser with Beblow (single wavelength diode at a wavelength of 980nm). 2.Therapy hand piece (treatment hand piece is right angled). 3.Foot pedal. 4.Onsite training. 5.Pelican suitcase (or equal) - heavy duty. Place of Delivery/Performance: Bloomington, MN. 55437. The government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. Any interested and qualified sources are requested to provide a brief capabilities statement and a letter of interest to Eural Bennett via email to eural.bennett1@va.gov. As part of your capability statement please include any current or past contracts you have been awarded or the ability to obtain sufficient proof of capability for this type of contract. In addition include what socio-economic category your company qualifies as (i.e Small Business, SBA Certified HUB Zone Firm, SBA Certified Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned Business, and Woman Owned Business). Any information provided is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. To be considered in this research, please provide the information above not later than 2:00 CST on May 5, 2016.
