Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 16, is conducting market research to identify potential sources able to provide cable and internet services to the Alexandria, LA Veterans Administration Healthcare System and develop an effective Performance Work Statement. The Government is therefore requesting Industry feedback with respect to all areas listed in this notice. Any information submitted by and obtained from industry as a result of this notice may be used in development of the final Performance Work Statement, cost estimates or terms and conditions of the actual solicitation. The anticipated NAICS code is 517110 - Wired Telecommunications Carriers. The Government does not anticipate a set-aside action; however, a final determination will not be made until market research is complete. Submit responses to the Contracting Officer by 09:00 May 11, 2016 at Fredrick.Wilson@va.gov. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. 1.What is your socio-economic classification?
