Description

The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Michigan intends to award a contract to Edward Village Hotel of Dearborn Michigan for a Family Programs Conference. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. The Edward Village Hotel is honoring per diem rates for approximately 125 rooms per night as well as meals. The audio visual and meeting rooms are being rented as well and the pricing has been compared to other venues to prove them fair and reasonable. Responses to this intent should be from hotels capable of housing and feeding 400+ individuals for future events held in Michigan. Responses to this notice of intent to award must be submitted in writing no later than Noon EST Noon Tuesday 17 May 2016.
