Description

SPM4A816Q0079 DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure 1 each CNC Universal Grinder with contract completion required in 280 days ARO. Solicitation is Full and Open competition in accordance with DLAD 6.101 Complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB 15-12-1048 including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirement is included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Proposal SPM4A816Q0079 is anticipated to issue on May 5, 2016 and close on June 30, 2016. **A site visit is tentatively scheduled for June 8, 2016. All dates are approximate and will be finalized upon issuance of the RFP. FOB will be at Destination with preliminary inspection at Origin and Final Inspection and Acceptance at Destination Award will be result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. Please mail the solicitation package along with the compliance statement and descriptive literature. Mail to address listed in block 9 of the first page of the solicitation. No emails please. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023 Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.
