Description

Attachment 4 - Technical Capability Checklist Attachment 3 - Price Spreadsheet Attachment 2 - Delivery Attachment 1-SOW EDS Cots RFP HSFE70-16-R-0002 This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) requirement for Emergency Disaster Survivor (EDS) cots. The purpose of this requirement is to establish an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracting vehicle to acquire cots with mattresses that will meet the needs of more than 99% of disaster survivors in general population shelters, including individuals with access and functional support needs. Questions for this solicitation must be submitted no later than Friday, May 20, 2016 at 5:30pm EST to the following: Isaac.Chapple@fema.dhs.gov and Amanda.Morgan.2@fema.dhs.gov Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the RFP no later than Monday, June 6, 2016 at 10:00am EST.
