Bill of Materials ID40160059 Combined Synopsis and Solicitation J&A redacted This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Please see attached combined synopsis/solicitation, bill of materials and Justification. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GD-MS), 12450 Fair Lakes Circle, Suite 400 Fairfax, VA 22033-3865 using procedures outlined in FAR subpart 13.5 in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
